Terms & Conditions 

Tickets & Entry

Each ticket admits one person regardless of age and must be presented (electronic or printed) for entry. Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the programme start time. Walk-in registrations are not accepted unless otherwise stated. Each person may purchase up to 6 tickets; MHC reserves the right to cancel additional purchases.

Payment & Refunds

Payment must be made via Visitor 360; cash is not accepted. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except in the event of programme cancellation by MHC, in which case participants will receive a full refund via Visitor 360.

Cancellations

In the event of programme cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified via email (minimum 3 days prior) and message (2 hours prior).

Participant Declarations

By registering, each participant consents to; (i) sharing their personal information, including telephone number and email address, with MHC for purposes relating to the programme and (ii) MHC not being responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any participant arising from their participation in the programme or the actions of children under their care.

Photography & Publicity

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the programme for marketing and publicity purposes. Participants with queries or concerns should approach MHC staff.

Programme Changes

All information is correct at time of publication. MHC reserves the right to modify the programme without prior notice.
